PES Ltd, in partnership with IMS Building Solutions, successfully delivered a full mechanical and electrical installation to transform an unused swimming pool at a college into a state-of-the-art auditorium and flexible learning environment.

Working collaboratively with the main contractor, architects, and M&E consultants, our team ensured the project progressed smoothly and efficiently. The nature of the project required a fast-paced, design-and-build approach, with our engineers actively resolving challenges and adapting to ongoing design changes throughout the build.

The reimagined space included:

  • Auditorium (located in the former deep end of the pool)
  • Flexible learning area (in the shallow end)
  • WC facilities (converted from the old changing rooms)
  • Server room
  • Stage area (constructed above the auditorium)

At completion, the client was provided with a comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manual, containing all necessary documentation for ongoing system management.
