PES have been handling the hard FM service contract for 11 months at Loxford School and have improved the quality of the mechanical services. They have provided a great service with friendly and knowledgeable engineers and office staff who are always willing to help. They often give recommendations on how to improve the building with upgrades and energy consumption to reduce bills. The response time to emergency call outs has also been exceptional as they are usually out within the hour and give advice on what you can do to rectify the issue before they reach site. PES have really given the school value for money.

We have worked with PES for the past 4 years, they are contracted to maintain all of our M&E equipment at our Grade 2* building. Prior to having PES as our M&E contractor the equipment on site was poorly maintained & had become unreliable, since working with PES all of our equipment has been reliable, & has worked as efficiently as possible.We have also worked with PES on larger refurbishment projects, they have worked alongside our M&E consultants to supply the best options available to us & always supply competitive prices on tenders. In addition, they have also been successful when bidding for boiler replacements and washroom upgrades across the School’s sites. We are pleased with the service we get and the continuity provided by generally using the same small group of engineers to service the sites.
